looking for some clarification on a air ride system. im a newbie and im looking to see exactly what the point of it is and does it replace ur standard shock?

Yeah it replaces your stock shock. If you want it low but don't wana loose your ride height air rides the way to go .

A dual chamber set up like Dapincci will give you better controll of the settings. You can control ride height and the rebound stiffness while on the fly. Ride it high to help with corner cut ins, mid for normal riding, and then drop air and slam it when parking! Also it helps adjustment when riding 2up.

I know where there is a used ( NEW ) Dapincci Chrome kit for sale. The kit is new still in plastic bag, but the cylinder ( shock ) was installed but never connected or used.

No instant up..though I could work with you on that. Not sure if a Busa cylinder is same for an R1? Ill check on his price for you.

Made a call about Busa vs R1 kit. The busa air cylinder is to believed to be to large to work on an R1. The R1 would need a slimmer cylinder?
